Everything you might want to know. Real moments between people and their dogs

About the photoshoot

During our session, we’ll create a photo story about you and your pet. You don’t need any experience or to know what to do — I’ll guide you through everything.
After booking the session, I’ll also send you some recommendations about clothing and choosing a leash — you don’t have to follow them strictly, and if you have any questions, you can always ask me.

My style is about natural, genuine moments — photos that look like they were taken straight out of real life. In such moments, you can feel honesty and true connection. Every photoshoot is different — a bit like a personal story of those who come to it. There are no identical families and no identical sessions.

We can have a photoshoot anywhere: at home, on the beach with seagulls, in the city, in the park, on the terrace of your favorite café, or on a boat. At sunrise, during the day, at sunset, or in the evening under streetlights. Under an umbrella in the rain, in the twilight, or in the fog. In the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany — or in another country.

About me

Hi, my name is Lera. I took a photo of my dog on New Year’s Eve in 2018, and since then photography and dogs have become closely connected for me.

I’ve studied canine psychology and dog body language, so I believe I can tell when a dog feels uncomfortable. I always try to make sure the dog feels at ease and can relax as much as possible during the shoot.

I moved to the Netherlands in 2023. My native language is Russian. My English is far from perfect, but it’s good enough for us to understand each other. I can also talk a little bit in Italian — mostly about chestnuts — and I’m learning Dutch.

Everything you might want to know. Real moments between people and their dogs

I like to experiment — both in language learning and in photography. In my free time, I teach Russian as a foreign language, and during the lessons so many interesting conversations happen that I never stop being amazed.

I love reading. I realized this not so long ago, so I haven’t read many books yet, but I’d be happy to talk about books or any other topics. I love nature, mountains, the beach, and almost deserted places in the city. I really like the Netherlands and I’m glad that I can live in this country.

Below you can find several of my works that were published in Vogue.
